Our group programs will cover a variety of topics such as parenting support, anxiety, depression, and identity in Christ. Each group, consisting of 10 to 12 participants, will offer educational support and foster connection among members.

We believe in the power of community and connection. After group sessions, we will offer follow-ups with participants to reinforce learning and support ongoing growth.
